Watch, speed up or simulate: control the pace of every match
Got ten minutes or the whole afternoon? Here's how you decide how long every match and every week lasts in Padel Manager 27.
You decide how long everything lasts
A management game should fit around your afternoon, not the other way round. In Padel Manager 27 you can live a match point by point or wrap up a whole week in a couple of clicks. This guide shows you every lever you can pull.
Before the match: three ways to play it
When a match comes up, you choose how to experience it:
- Simulate match: it's played instantly in the background and leaves you the full report.
- Confirm and play: you follow it in the 2D tactical view, and the TV camera kicks in for the decisive points.
- Play match: you choose to watch it in 3D or on the 2D board, with full control from the bench.
During the match: speed
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| ×1 | Real speed, to savor every point |
| ×2 · ×4 · ×8 · ×16 · ×32 · ×64 | Speeds things up without missing a thing |
| MAX | Pushes it to the limit without skipping a single point |
| To end of game | Skips to the end of the game |
| To end of set | Skips to the end of the set |
| Rest | Settles the rest of the match |
Cameras: watch it your way
- Wide: the whole court at a glance.
- Behind the player: step onto the court right behind your player.
- First person: the match through their eyes.
- TV: just like on TV.
- 2D tactical view: every position and every gap, perfect for reading the match.
Switch cameras with F5 and jump between 2D and 3D whenever you like.
Between matches: the calendar flies by itself
Time moves at your pace:
- Continue: one more day.
- Advance one day.
- Until something happens: the calendar runs by itself and stops when you're needed.
- To the match: straight to the next match.
And what stops it? A match day, a league day or a Cup day; an urgent alert or a decision about to expire; a new injury; your cash in the red; or half your squad out. Relax: you won't miss anything important.
Your assistant: hand over whatever you don't feel like doing
Your assistant can take care of nine areas:
- Playing matches
- Tournament entries
- Training
- Renewing the coaching staff
- Renewing players
- Routine matters
- Business and finances
- Signings
- Looking after the players
You set a cash reserve (how much money they can't touch) and they handle the rest. The big calls are still yours: sales, pair break-ups, promises or building works are never decided without you.
Feeling lost? Vera has your back
From day one, Vera, from the front desk, shows you around the academy and gives you tips the very first time something happens. If you already know the ropes, you can mute her. And with F1 you can go back to the guided tour whenever you like.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to watch every match?
No. You can simulate them in one click and read the report afterwards, or speed them up to ×64 or MAX.
Does simulating a match give a worse result than watching it?
The match is played exactly the same way; the difference is that if you watch it, you can make corrections on the fly from the bench.
How many save slots are there?
Three saved games, plus autosave.
