In Padel Manager 27 you're the manager: you create your character (who they are, what they're good at, their style and their backstory) and kick off on January 4, 2027 with a rented hall, two indoor courts and four beginner students.
From there, it's all down to you. Do you back your youth academy or sign a star? Invest in new courts or a top coaching staff? Pair up your two best players even if they can't stand each other?

Having good players isn't enough here: they have to work as a pair. Put together the ones who click, give them an identity and handle friendships, feuds and mentoring. A break-up at the wrong time changes everything.
Every week you sit down and talk with them: reassure, demand, be honest or make a promise… and keep it on time.
Train, plan and don't overload them
Design the training week and each player's individual plan. Push hard, but not too hard: injuries need to be treated right if you don't want relapses. Even the hall matters: height, light and insulation show in training and injuries.
